By accessing or using Agent Sandbox, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Agent Sandbox provides secure, sandboxed environments for executing code. Our services include API access for programmatic code execution, persistent and ephemeral sandbox sessions, file upload and download capabilities, and related developer tools.

You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to use Agent Sandbox to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Execute malicious code intended to attack, exploit, or disrupt other systems or networks
• Mine cryptocurrency or perform resource-intensive computations unrelated to legitimate development purposes
• Store, process, or transmit content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Attempt to bypass sandbox isolation or access underlying infrastructure
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks or abuse rate limits
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software
• Engage in any activity that degrades the service for other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy without prior notice.

API keys are provided for authenticated access to our services. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your API keys. Do not share, publish, or embed API keys in client-side code. We may revoke API keys at any time if we detect misuse.

You retain all rights to the code you submit for execution. We do not claim ownership of your code or output files. The Agent Sandbox platform, including its design, features, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of AGENT SANDBOX INC.

Certain features require a paid subscription or usage-based payment. Pricing is displayed on our website and may change with 30 days' notice. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGENT SANDBOX INC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that sandbox executions will be error-free or that the service will meet your specific requirements.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AGENT SANDBOX INC. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may close your account through the dashboard or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
